The Rugby Cup starts on Friday 18 September at 8pm BST, when England plays Fiji at Twickenham Stadium. Matches are then held on most days up until the Rugby World Cup Quarter Finals on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th October, the Rugby World Cup Semi Finals on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th of October, the Rugby World Cup Bronze Final on Friday 30th October and the Rugby World Cup Final on Saturday 31 October. Rugby World Cup matches will be held at 13 venues across the UK, including: Brighton Community Stadium, Brighton; Elland Road, Leeds; Kingsholm Stadium, Gloucester; Leicester City Stadium, Leicester; Manchester City Stadium, Manchester; Millennium Stadium, Cardiff; Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London; Sandy Park, Exeter; St James' Park, Newcastle upon Tyne; Stadium MK, Milton Keynes; Twickenham Stadium, London; Villa Park, Birmingham; and Wembley Stadium, London.

ITV has lined up presenters John Inverdale, Mark Durden-Smith and Craig Doyle. Joining them in the commentary box will be Nick Mullins, Miles Harrison, Jon Champion, Martin Gillingham and Simon Ward, plus co-commentators Geordan Murphy, Scott Hastings, Shane Williams and Ben Kay. Reporters Jill Douglas, Fran Donovan, Gabriel Clarke and Martin Bayfield will also be bringing viewers Rugby World Cup news. 

A team of pundits with personal experience in competing for the Webb Ellis Cup also drawn on by ITV include Jonny Wilkinson, Lawrence Dallaglio, Jason Robinson, Sir Clive Woodward, Brian O’Driscoll, Gareth Thomas, Sir Ian McGeechan, Francois Pienaar, Sean Fitzpatrick, Michael Lynagh, George Gregan, Maggie Alphonsi and David Flatman.

If you're using a PC or laptop, open your browser and visit itv.com/itvplayer/itv for the ITV matches and itv.com/itvplayer/itv4 for the ITV4 matches. Click the Watch Live tab above the video preview window, then click the Play icon to begin playback. 

If you are using a smartphone or tablet you'll need to download the ITV Player app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Having downloaded and installed ITV Player, launch the app and select either the ITV or ITV4 tab at the top of the screen. Now simply tap the large Watch Live button on the preview window at the top of the screen. 

If you are not on an unlimited mobile data contract on your phone or tablet you should ensure that you are connected to Wi-Fi. To stream live Rugby World Cup matches on a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone you also need to have a valid TV Licence.
